I made a smoothie because IDGAF!
I love smoothies. They’ve been a part of my diet for nearly eleven years now. I made a promise on facebook to share the one I made last night. So, here it is. Usually, I use almond milk but this time I used soy… yeah, I know, soy messes with hormones or something, maybe that’s why I’m posting about smoothies like a soccer mom; yeah, I’m also putting this on Pinterest. Recipe is below the picture.
1C Soymilk (or Almond Milk)
1/4 of Avocado
1 med to large banana
1/3C Cherries (flash frozen)
1/3C Blueberries (flash frozen)
1/3C Strawberries (flash frozen)
1/4C Kale (flash frozen)
1 scoop Vanilla Whey protein powder
1tsp Cacao Powder
Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
All of my ingredients were organic.
